Want to send us your digital impression? For directions on how to connect your scanner with Ceramic Arts and for information on how to send us your scan file, simply choose your system from the list below and follow the given instructions.

Sending Your Scan: The E4D/PlanScan Scanner utilizes an open architecture platform. Simply save your digital impression as an “.stl” file and email directly to us at [email protected]
The 3M True Def system gives you two options to add Ceramic Arts as one of your “Favorite Labs”.
- Call 3M at 1-800-634-2249 and request to add Ceramic Arts Dental Lab (Lauderhill, Florida) to your “Favorite Labs” list.
or
- Select Ceramic Arts Dental Lab (Lauderhill, Florida), on the 3M lab list found by logging into your account at https://casemanager.3m.com.
Sending Your Scan: Submit scans to the 3M Connection Center and we will receive an email notification in regards to your file and your case will be put into production.
When using an iTero System you have two options to add Ceramic Arts as one of your “Favorite Labs”.
- Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add Ceramic Arts Dental Lab, to your “Favorite Lab” list.
or
- On the Cadent Lab List, select Ceramic Arts Dental Lab as a “Favorite Lab”.
Sending Your Scan: Submit your scans to Align Technology for margin marking. The scan will arrive at Ceramic Arts and be approved for production.
Using 3Shape Communicate, select Ceramic Arts Dental Lab (Lauderhill, Florida) and a request will be sent directly to our laboratory. Once accepted, we will be able to receive all of your Trios scans.
Sending Your Scan: Submit your scans through 3Shape Communicate and Ceramic Arts will receive the file in our Trios inbox.
